Stagecoach East Scotland has appointed Charlotte Somerville as its new marketing manager, succeeding Sarah Elliott, who was recently promoted to commercial director.
Somerville joins Stagecoach from TP Group, an engineering and consultancy company, where she was group marketing manager based in Reading. Prior to this, she worked as a divisional marketing specialist for Babcock Marine.
Douglas Robertson, managing director, Stagecoach East Scotland, says: “Charlotte’s vast marketing experience, particularly in strategy and communications will be a great addition to our award-winning marketing team.”
Somerville adds: “Corporate social responsibility is more than ticking a box and working for a customer-focussed organisation like Stagecoach means I can actively bring positive engagement to our region, whilst also developing new marketing and internal communication campaigns and strategies for our team.”
